Refund policy

To cancel your order, please contact us during our normal business hours and speak with your sales representative or someone in our Customer service department.

1. Provided your order has not yet been processed, or and your credit card has not been charged there is no cancellation or refund fee. 
2. If your order has already been processed and your card was charged and materials have not been ordered, there is a 10% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
3. If any portion of your order has been constructed or shipped, a 25%  fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. If your order is a specialty or modified order, then a 35% fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. The refund will occur within 72 hours of the receipt of the cancellation or the return of all products that have shipped.
